Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
To place an order on 24S, you can either sign up or proceed to checkout as a guest.
Anyone present at the exact delivery address can receive the order. The carrier will obtain the recipient's signature.
Orders cannot be delivered to a different address from the one informed when placing your order (e.g. neighbor, service point) if you didn’t allow it.
Once your order is placed, you can no longer change the delivery address.
It is possible to schedule a delivery to your workplace.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer to maintain security. To process the payment of your order, you will be invited to enter you card details, the expiration date and the last 3-digit security code (CSC). If your payment has been declined by your card issuer, then you’ll need to place your order again.
Every delivery location is possible: hotels, work, holidays residence and hospitals.
